Policy

Your appointments are very important to me, it is reserved especially for you, I understand that  sometimes
schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

CANCELLATION 

Customer must cancel 24 hours prior to appointment.

If you don't cancel with more than 24hrs in advance you will be responsible for a fee of 25% of the reserved service amount. 

​If you are a "no show" and book for a future appointment an additional 50% of the previous appointment you did not show up for will be requested in order to be considered for future appointments.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time or notify me as soon as you know you are going to be late. I will allow a 15 minute grace period, anything over 15 minutes you may have to reschedule.

Late arrival time will be deducted from your service time and not the next client's time. Price will remain full price.

SICK 

If you are feeling ill please be considerate of others and notify me as soon as you know. I will work with you in rescheduling your appointment. Failure to do so will result in "Stylist Refusing Service" also considered a same day cancellation and subject to to 25% service fee.
